How to Set Up Access to the ShipX API & Geowidget
1. Log into Parcel Manager
Access the InPost Parcel Manager portal at InPost - Manager paczek .
Use your login credentials to sign in.
2. Confirm Your Company Data
Navigate to the “Moje Konto (My Account)” then “Dane (Data)” section and ensure that your company’s address and invoice data are completed correctly. These details are required to generate API access.
3. Access the API Panel
Navigate to the new panel that allows managing access to ShipX API and Geowidget.
This panel is located in “Moje Konto (My Account)” section under the API tab.
4. Generate ShipX API Access Token
Within the API tab:
Expand “API ShipX”.
Click “Generate”.
A dialog box appears asking if you have a courier contract number.
If yes, check the box, enter the number, and click Generate.
If you only need access to locker services (
Paczkomat), simply click Generate without entering additional data.
Once processed, your Organization ID appears in the “ (My Account)” section.
In the API ShipX tab, your Access Token becomes visible by clicking “Pokaż token (Show token)”. You have the option to generate up to 10 tokens.
5. Generate Geowidget Token (If needed)
Expand the “Geowidget” section.
Click “Generate”.
A prompt will ask you to enter the domains from which you'll use the Geowidget.
The Geowidget token then appears in this section.
To view the list of authorized domains for this token, click “Show domains”.
6. Set Tracking Webhook URL (If needed)
Within the “Ustawienia Organizacji (Organization Settings)”, you may add a webhook URL if your system requires it.
The URL must be in the format:
https://your-domain.xxx
This ensures your system receives real-time updates on parcel status via webhooks
