Before installing, you must have access credentials to connect to the API:
Login and password
In order to connect to InPost services, it is required to obtain a login and password.
To obtain authorization data, contact InPost through the form:
Granting Access to API → API International → Environment: Production or Sandbox (for service testing only)
Connecting to InPost services is done by redirecting to the website. Please make sure that you have pop-up permissions enabled in your browser.
Installation
Log in to your store's admin panel on the WIX platform
Download the app from the APP Market → “InPost International”
After clicking Add to page, the application will appear in the quick access bar. Before the application can start working, it must be configured. Below we describe how to do this.
Login
For the application to work properly, log in by selecting Connect to InPost (there is a production mode and a sandbox mode → it contains different login details than the production mode).
Enter your login and password and click log in
Application configuration
Before using the application, please fill in the required information

Dispatch point

Shipments
Shipping templates | creating shipments in InPost International requires templates (shipment dimensions) to be created, which are then substituted for the order when creating the shipment

Contact
Contact persons | space for configuring a contact person who will hand over shipments to the courier for delivery |
Creating delivery methods
Adding a method
To create a delivery method that will be displayed at checkout, go to the tab:
Application → Services
A view of the added delivery methods appears. Select Add service
We configure:
shipping method
country code (allows you to specify which countries shipping is possible to)
service name
price
insurance (allows you to specify the default insurance value, which will be added to shipments)
free delivery amount (order amount above which delivery will be free)
results limit (number of pickup points to be displayed to the customer at checkout)
status (enable or disable the visibility of the delivery method)
Enabling visibility of delivery methods
After installing the plugin and configuring the delivery methods, enable the application in the WIX settings
To do this, select:
Settings → Shipping and fulfillment → Shipping region: International → Edit → Installed applications: InPost International → enable the checkbox
How the service is displayed at checkout
Webhook - status changes
Shipment numbers will be automatically added to the order once we add the webhook address to Package Manager

After adding them, the shipment number and status will be updated automatically in the order, and the customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of their order
Creating a shipment
Tab → Shipments
It allows you to create shipments and generate labels. Additionally, you can filter shipments by package number, order number, phone number, or buyer's email address
To create a shipment, click Create Shipment. You will be redirected to the order view.
After verifying the data and clicking Create Shipment, the package will be created after a moment and the status will change from New to Created.
When creating a shipment, you can change the recipient's phone number in the “Shipping Address” field (if the shipment cannot be created because the number is incorrect)
Creating multiple shipments
At this point, we can also create two or more packages.
In the order where the shipment has already been created, click Resend. The details regarding the shipping method or selected pickup point can be changed. A new item will be created in the shipment tab
WIX orders
Here is what an order placed in WIX using the InPost app looks like.
The order shows the selected delivery method and the name of the parcel locker where the shipment is to be delivered.
The shipment number will appear in the Products to be shipped section, and the status will be updated as the shipment status changes
Pickup orders
The application allows you to order courier pickups and view them
Create pickup order
In the Pickup Orders tab on the right, there is an Add button. After clicking it, the data needed to order a pickup appears
